August 2014 - Ir Lai KL report:

As part of our Corporate Social Responsibility, ACE has participated in the development of Federal Territories Affordable Housing (RUMAWIP -Rumah Mampu Milik Wilayah Persekutuan). We have been engaged as the Civil & Structural Consultant for this development comprising of 2 towers of  700 units of affordable homes. Our Federal Territories Minister Datuk Seri Tengku Adnan Mansor graciously launched the project on 8th August 2014 in Putra Jaya.

June 2014 - Ir Lai Kok Land report:

Working on this new project in Kampung Pandan, Kuala Lumpur as the Civil & Structural Engineer.

Project Info : 4 towers of 22 Storey with 7 Level Podium Carpark.

We are preparing ourselves to embark on a new project. In this new project, we are going to produce a Slope Hazard & Risk Map for Section U9 & U10 of Shah Alam. More updates to follow up!

We were engaged to review the safety of KLIA2 for opening scheduled on 2 May 2014. Wow interesting task and a very very very heavy responsibility.The field team was deployed to map our new airport. Conclusion..........it's safe!

Slope Hazard & Risk Study : Bukit Gasing, Petaling Jaya, Malaysia.

Ir Lai Kok Land reports;

A major slope failure was reported on February 2013 covering 2300m2.

                                                                                                

We have been engaged by Majlis Perbandaran Petaling Jaya (MBPJ) to carry out a Study of Slope Hazard & Risk on Bukit Gasing, Petaling Jaya in May 2013. MBPJ being a very responsible municipal council is very concerned on the high slope failure rate around this hill.

The study was completed in October 2013 and the Hazard & Risk Map presented to MBPJ and the residents.
